FollowMeFree is an inbound voice service that makes a voice call to connect a caller/guest to you (the FollowMeFree member). The caller/guest initiates a call by entering your email address or an URL, and FollowMeFree will (1) map your email address to your pre-set phone number and call you, (2) once answered, FollowMeFree will then dial the phone number of the caller/guest and bridge the calls. This service is free for the caller/guest. Similar to toll free services, the receiving parties (FollowMeFree members) pay for the calls. This is a telephone to telephone service and no special equipment is needed. Setting up a FollowMeFree account is easy and can be done entirely online.

HOW IT WORKS:

Step 1:

Click http://www.followmefree.com/makeacall
Enter the followmefree member's email address, your phone number and the time to call.

Step 2:

At the requested time to call, we will first call the FollowMeFree member's existing phone(s) simultaneously or in sequence - the phone numbers are setup through an online portal. Once the FollowMeFree member picks up the phone he/she will be asked to choose one of the following options:

• To answer this call. Press 1.
• To answer and record this call. Press 2.
• To reject this call. Press the star (*) key.

If the call is accepted then FollowMeFree will bridge the call to the guest.

INITIATE A CALL:

There are three ways to initiate a call to a FollowMeFree member:

• Click-to-Call button (HTML codes can be generated automatically from the online portal)
• Click on the FollowMeFree member's URL (URL can be generated automatically from the online portal)

FOR FOLLOWMEFREE MEMBERS:

• You will have full call details records online.
• You will receive recordings of each conversation by email.
• You will receive voicemails by email.
